Great for a team-building activity, wedding, birthday, coming out, divorce, or any special event where one wants to find joy and freedom. Dance is one pathway through our lives. A deeply transformative practice of recovery, science proves it reduces depression, manages stress, anxiety, improves productivity and expands self-awareness. Dance invites us to drop deeper into the heart, fueling creation and connection.
Alex brings dynamic energy, music and choreography, using it as a framework to feel challenges everyone faces, leaning into aspects of social justice to improve mental health and wellness. 45-60 minutes of dancing (depending on group needs), 15-30 min of Q&A "Ask Me Anything" discussions/connections. No dance experience necessary— just a willingness to move.
